US Youth Soccer's TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based program for young athletes with disabilities. The program is designed to give every child who has a mental or physical disability the opportunity to play and enjoy the game of soccer. 
LSA is committed to enabling every young athlete across Louisiana with a disability to play soccer in a fun, festive, nurturing and safe environment. Because each TOPSoccer program is different and addresses a wide variety of needs of its participants, they are organized and run by local volunteers. LSA encourages each of its member organizations to create their own TOPSoccer program and will provide TOPSoccer coaching education and whatever further support each such local program made need including...
- Providing periodic training for TOPSoccer organizers, administrators and coaches.
- Providing support for informational literature, materials and resources.
- Provide a starting kit of equipment to help each program get underway.
