Entry Level Courses

ENTRY LEVEL REFEREE COURSES

If you want to become a new referee or you are a former referee who has been unregistered for four or more years, you must do ALL of the following things prior to attending a class:

1. You must register in advance for a clinic. You cannot attend a clinic unless you have registered. Walk-ups will not be allowed to attend.  You may also have to pay the course fee in advance in some locations.
   
   Once you locate the clinic you wish to attend from the list below, submit the online registration form.

   Please remember, registration, completion of Risk Management and viewing the required modules from the US Soccer website is required for attendance at all clinics.

    
2. Go online to the U. S. Soccer website and complete each of the 17 modules.
   
   Use the same 3-letter abbreviation from the list below when you view the required modules. There are short 3-4 question quizzes at the end of each module. You should view each module until you can answer all the quiz questions correctly. The instructor will have a list of what modules you have completed, but it is suggested you print your completion certificates and bring them to the clinic
