In order to maintain complete and up-to-date communication with all of our affiliated Clubs, LSA requires each club to file an Annual Report on or before October 1st. Without the contact information submitted through the Annual Report, LSA is unable to communicate effectively with a Club. Please refer to LSA Policy 204.
