Valerie Clouatre

Technical Department Manager
Valerie is a true veteran in the LSA office. She has been working for the Association since 1999. During her tenure, she has been a part of tremendous growth in both the game of soccer and in LSA. She has, at one time or other, filled every role on the LSA staff. She continues to be a valuable resource for the membership, the Executive Committee and the Staff.

Kay Briggs

State Registrar and Competitions Manager
Kay comes to LSA after 13 years as an administrator and registrar at Baton Rouge SC. Kay brings an understanding of the challenges and obstacles team managers and club administrators face everyday.  She was also instrumental in hosting countless club tournaments and bringing the US Youth Soccer Southern regionals to Baton Rouge in  2014 and 2019. Prior to youth soccer, Kay was in both the real estate industry and served as Regional Operations Manager for The Pillsbury Company.

Min Kim

Communications Manager
Min is originally from Seoul, Korea.  He has always been a sports enthusiast playing and watching soccer, baseball and basketball. While a student at SeoKyeong University Min worked on a marketing team for the K League developing marketing strategies through social media.  In 2018 he worked at the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.  He then transferred to LSU and joined LSU as an intern in the winter of 2021. Min graduated from LSU Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Sport Commerce. He has been the Assistant Coach of the LSU Women's Club Soccer team since 2019.

Tucker Reynolds

Executive Director
Tucker came to LSA in July 2014 from Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association, where he served as Director of Communications.  Prior to joining Mass Youth, Tucker was an attorney in private practice for nearly thirty years.  Tucker also has extensive coaching experience. He was a Region I ODP Senior Staff Coach with experience at national ODP events and international tours and tournaments. Tucker also served as the Head Coach of Women’s Soccer at Framingham State College for 10 years. His 2007 FSU team won the NCAA National Sportsmanship Award. He has been an ODP Coach for over 25 years and coached extensively at the club and high school levels, including Episcopal School of Baton Rouge. He holds an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and a USSF “C” License.
