Sean Esker currently resides in Covington with his wife, Sabrina and their four children, Mikayla, Donovan, Brennan and Vivian. He's originally from new Orleans and graduated from Tulane University and the University of Holy Cross. Sean is the senior counselor at Mandeville High School, where he serves as the girls soccer coach, boy and girls tennis coach, student council advisor and senior class co-sponsor. He is the winningest girls high school coach in Louisiana history with more than 600 career wins, two state tiles and a three state runner-up appearances. Sean has coached for Lafreniere Soccer Association, Carrollton Soccer Association and the New Orleans Soccer Academy, where his teams made appearances in the Southern Regional semifinals and quarterfinals. He joined the Executive Committee in 2011.

Chad Vidrine currently resides in Opelousas with his wife, Carrie. Chad is the Digital Media teacher at Beau Chene High School, where he serves as the boys and girls head soccer coach. He is the winningest boys high school coach in the Acadiana area history with over 250 career wins. Chad was the Director of Competitive Teams for the Acadiana Soccer Association from 2008-2013. He joined the Executive Committee in 2013 as the Vice President of Adult Soccer and became the LSA Vice President in 2016. He is also the President of the Louisiana High School Soccer coaches Association. |

Jeff Moyle currently resides in Pearl River with his wife Leslie and daughters Bethany and Lindsey. Jeff is the principal owner of Moyle & Associates, CPAS, on of the leading accounting firms in southeastern Louisiana. He played soccer for the University of Southern Mississippi and toured Mexico and the United Kingdom with the Golden Eagles. Jeff has a US Soccer D-License as well as the US Youth Soccer National Youth License and the United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper Diplomas. He has coached extensively at the youth and high school levels and has been the Head Coach of the Pearl River High School Girls team since 2015. Jeff was elected LSA Treasurer in 2014 and serves on the LSA Hiring Committee. |

Dee Flint is a St. Paul's High School Graduate who attended Dartmouth College and LSU Law School. He has practiced Admiralty Law for the past 40 years and is a veteran of courtrooms throughout the South. He coached all 4 of his children passing them on to professional coaches at Lafreniere Soccer Club and LA Fire. Active in ODP, 2 of Dee's children were Louisiana High School All-State players and all 4 participated on State Championship teams at Regionals. Flint served as President of Lafreniere Soccer Club and was involved on their board for over a decade. He also served as President of the Crescent City Soccer Referee's Association for 8 years. He joined the Executive Committee in 2006. |

Michael has been working in soccer since he was 16 years old and has been fortunate to help in the development of many kids along the way. After a stellar college career, Michael played for the Columbus Crew making him the first ever MLS player from Alabama to be drafted into the MLS> He served as DOC for the Capital City Streaks in Montgomery, AL before moving to Cajun Soccer Club (now Cajun Rush) where he has been the Executive Director for over 12 years. He has coached on both the AL and LA ODP staffs and now serves as one of the 5 National Technical Directors for Rush Soccer. Michael joined the Executive Committee in 2019. |

Heath has been involved with soccer in Louisiana for over 25 years. He was a founding member of the St. Bernard Soccer club and is now a board member at Mandeville Soccer Club. He has served as a coach, manager, board member, referee and administrator. Heath is currently coaching in the Academy Program at MSC. He has served on several other boards including Friends of Pelican Park and Pelican Park's softball and basketball advisory committees. He is a graduate of the University of new Orleans and currently is in graduate school at Tulane University. Heath joined the Executive Committee in 2021. |

Originally from England, UK, Bobby earned his Law Degree from Leeds Beckett University (2011-2015) before deciding to follow his love for coaching, earning a Masters in Coaching Education from Ohio University (2017-2019). He has been involved with Soccer in Louisiana since 2014, overseeing the Administration, Operations, and Development of Ascension Flight Soccer Club. He has served as Ascension Flight’s Executive Director since 2018. His coaching ambitions have led him to be extensively involved with the development of 5U-12U soccer players, including the coaching of the Under-12 ODP age groups (05s, 06s & 07s) from 2016-2018. Bobby is a fervent learner; he will earn his USSF B License in December of 2022 and is currently participating in the Football Club Evolution (FCE) Level 2 Expert Meeting Course. He also mentors the FCE Level 1 Mentorship course participants on all things Football (Soccer) Theory. His overall goal is to aid in the improvement of coaching, training and education for all players aged 5U-12U to help give Louisiana Soccer a solid foundation to build on for years to come.
