Louisiana Soccer Association is extremely proud to host the 2019 US Youth Soccer South & East Regional TOPSoccer Symposium in Baton Rouge April 5-7. The Symposium will see state and local program leaders come together to share best practices and hear from experts on a variety of subject matters. The goal of the Symposium is to improve the quality of each state association's TOPSoccer programming and help leaders understand the unique issues that are common to each individual program. A very special thanks goes to Kiran Booluck and Baton Rouge SC for organizing a TOPSoccer session with many of the players in their program.
There is no event fee for attendees; however, you must complete the EventBrite registration to attend. Registration includes attendance at all events, Friday evening receptions, Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast together with event gifts. Any guests, spouses, etc. must register if they plan on attending any part of the Symposium program, as we need to get an adequate head count for catering and supplies.
TOPSoccer Coaches Certificate Course
The US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer Coaches Certificate Course will be offered by Louisiana Soccer Association on Friday afternoon from 2:30 - 4:30, with a field session on Saturday afternoon during the Symposium. The course will be held at the LSA office, 475 Gardere Lane, Baton Rouge LA 70820. There is no fee for the course. Course instructors will be Dave Robinson and Ed DeMulder, US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer Committee Chairs from the South and East Regions, respectively and Orlando Cervantes, LSA Technical Director. To register for the course you must also register for the symposium above.
