The Executive Committee is the sole authority of Louisiana Soccer Association. It has full authority to act on behalf of LSA and shall make a report to the Membership at the Mid-Year Meeting and at the Annual General Meeting. Members of the Executive Committee are elected for two (2) year terms of office. The Committee shall meet no less than four (4) times in each seasonal year and may conduct a Special Meeting if deemed warranted.

1 As of September 1, 2014, the office of LSA Secretary shall be held by the Executive Director and shall be a non-voting office. There shall also be created the office of Member-At-Large to replace the vote formerly held be the Secretary of the Executive Committee.
2 As of September 1, 2014, the office of LSA Treasurer shall be vacant. Vacancies on the Executive Committee are filled by nomination by the President and consent of the Executive Committee. The office will be held until the next meeting of the State Council at which time an election for the position shall be held.
3 The office of Adult Men's Commissioner shall, at the end of the present term, transition into the office of Adult Competitions Commissioner.
4 The office of Adult Women's Commissioner shall, at the end of the present term, transition into a Member-At-Large
