The duties of the Administrative Assistant shall be as follows:
The Administrative Assistant shall assist in the maintenance of the LSA website, the publication of LSA e-Newsletters, maintaining the LSA Forms Library and the posting of announcements and achievements to social media.
The Administrative Assistant shall develop marketing databases, assist in developing 5-year LSA marketing plan for soccer in Louisiana, act as LSA photographer and videographer as needed and act as liaison between LSA and all of our corporate partners.
The Administrative Assistant shall Assist the Competitions Manager in processing player movement petitions, processing all misconduct, assist in the bracketing and scheduling process and the management of all state and club tournaments.
Assist the Technical Director and the Technical Department Program Manager with player movement petitions and with managinging coach licensure requirements.
The Administrative Assistant shall act as liaison between LSA, the SRC and all referees and assignors statewide.
Perform office-related administrative tasks such as coordinating staff travel and event planning for LSA AGM and Mid-Year Meeting.
- Educational or employment background in sports management
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Design and marketing experience
- Website management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
